A) Fulfilment and Delivery Time

The ordered product will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the User during the ordering process within the timeframe specified in the order confirmation sent by the Service Provider.

Accepted and paid orders will be handed over to the carrier within five (5) business days from order confirmation. The carrier will then deliver the shipment within the applicable delivery period.

If the Service Provider is unable to fulfil the order within the above timeframe, the User will be informed without undue delay after the obstacle to performance becomes known.

The carriers currently available in each country and their details can be found in the Privacy Policy.

C) Shipping Costs

The gross shipping fee payable by the User is displayed during the checkout process before the order is submitted.

Receipt of the Product

If the User fails to collect or accept the ordered product without a valid reason at the time of delivery—including cases where the User is unavailable despite repeated delivery attempts by the Carrier, or where the User fails to collect the parcel from the selected pickup point or parcel locker within the designated collection period—the Service Provider reserves the right to sell the ordered goods to a third party.

Handling of Uncollected Orders

If a parcel ordered by the User is returned to the Service Provider due to non-collection, the Service Provider will attempt to contact the User by telephone and/or e-mail after the parcel has been returned in order to clarify the situation.

Following the return of an uncollected order, the Service Provider is entitled to charge a packaging and return-handling fee applicable to the respective country.

If the User cannot be reached, or after consultation decides not to request re-delivery of the returned order, the Service Provider shall refund the purchase price of the products after deducting:

  • the packaging and return-handling fee; and

  • the return shipping costs.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable in such cases, as the delivery service has already been performed by the Service Provider.

Inspection of the Shipment Upon Delivery

The User is required to verify the following upon receipt of the shipment:

  • the quantity of the ordered products;

  • the condition and integrity of the package;

  • the presence of the necessary documents (including the invoice).

Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported to the Carrier immediately upon delivery.

If the User notices any damage or discrepancy concerning the delivered product, the Carrier is obliged, upon the User's request, to inspect the shipment item by item and prepare a written report detailing the observed damage or discrepancies.

The Carrier bears primary responsibility for damage occurring during transportation. However, the Service Provider bears the risk relating to the product until the product is delivered to the User.

Failure by the User to inspect the shipment upon delivery does not affect the User's statutory warranty rights or the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason.
